This corresponds toa phenomenon that is identified in the midninetiesin Chile, after the return to democracy.Although the literature has noticed the phenomenon,it lacks a precise definition; in our pointof view, the concept has not been contextualizedin a way that presents the necessary attributesthat adjust it to Chilean reality in order to be ableto observe it clearly.
