Abstract

The international socio-legal system was born principally as a measure taken by a set of Status that was seeking to mitigate the political, economical and cultural fractures that originated conflicts among them. This purpose overlooked the fact that the nature of each of these factors has diverse degrees of impulsion. Its intention is to be a dynamic order even though in the present new realities have shown its failure and suggest the need of restructuring; thus, Italian author Umberto Eco, in its book “A paso de cangrejo” makes a compilations of articles written between 2000 and 2005 that critically gives account of this dynamic.
