Resumo

Neste artigo, analisam-se algumas das capacidades dinâmicas pelas quais umaempresa colombiana pode ser Born Global, entre elas a influência das aliançasestratégicas, a orientação ao mercado e a aprendizagem organizacional. Cominformação de uma pesquisa a 297 empresas manufatureiras do país, realizadaem 2011, identificam-se essas capacidades ao empregar um modelo deredes neurais artificiais. Constata-se que as empresas de internacionalizaçãoacelerada se diferenciam principalmente porque apoiam na aprendizagem, nasocialização e no conhecimento de seu mercado para traçar estratégias com petitivas.Esses resultados estendem a pesquisa das empresas Born Globalao campo da estratégia empresarial.
