Abordagem metodológica para a inovação e transformação digital dos processos de negócio. Um caso de estudo

Os processos de negócio são a coluna vertebral de qualquer organização e sua inovação é um dos fatores críticos para alcançar os objetivos da transformação digital. Existem diferentes perspectivas metodológicas para a melhora de processos, por exemplo, a reengenharia, lean, seis sigma, os quais, aliás, não foram desenvolvidos no início para apoiar a transformação digital dos processos. No artigo se coloca uma abordagem metodológica para a inovação e transformação digital dos processos que se compõe de quatro fases: alinhamento estratégico, diagnóstico e análise do estado atual, inovação do processo, e transformação digital do processo. Para cada fase se propõem atividades e ferramentas baseadas na perspectivas BPM (Business Process Managment) e design thinking, misturadas com outras desenvolvidas pelo autor. Esta metodologia se aplica em um caso de estudo sobre a inovação de um processo de uma empresa do setor elétrico na Colômbia.
