Resumo

Para estimar o potencial da educação para o empreendimento é necessário procurar uma perspectiva diferente, que gere nos indivíduos as capacidades necessárias para a tomada de decisões em uma ação empreendedora. Desde este ponto de vista, os autores discutem as variáveis que incidiriam de maneira significativa em uma alternativa sistèmica e holística como a que propõem. Encontram na teoría social cognitiva o escopo teórico pertinente para sua busca, examinam as contribuições e limitações existentes nos atuais enfoques, para abordar o problema de delimitar, configurar e construir validamente o domínio do empreendimento.
